3. Conclusion of contract
A contractual relationship arises exclusively through personal communication (e-mail, telephone or video call) and a separate agreement. The website does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense.
4. Prices and terms of payment
Prices are agreed individually. All prices are net and subject to statutory VAT. Payments shall be made by bank transfer. Separately agreed payment terms shall apply.
5. Withdrawal & Cancellation
Cancellation of commissioned services is possible up to 14 days before the start of the service. Thereafter, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fee is due.
6. Liability
No liability is assumed for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or from incorrect information. Liability for successes in social networks is excluded.

The privacy policy published on this website applies.
8. Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
